Recently, I received many messages from my customers wondering that Why is this times Oud Chips’ smell different from the last times? Or Why is there very sweet, much Oud Oil and is there not as good as? Or Why is your Oud Chips’ smell lighter than others in Vietnam?...
If you’ve been following me for a long time, the point makes us the most proud: Tram Tue’s Oud Chips is 100% clean, no chemical or toxic, no use technology to make color/ smell/ Oil, all follow the natural rules. Tram Tue’s Oud Chips has the typical feature of Vietnam Oud Chips: sweet, warm and fragrant. Maybe, you can’t taste it immediately when you burn; you should stay and enjoy with Oud Tea.
☘️☘️☘️For Natural Oud Chips, we gather in the forests* from Vietnam North to South. When finding out Oud tree coming to harvest time, we’ll bring them to the main factory in Khanh Hoa, Vietnam to make clean and produce Oud Chips. We’re sure that all processes are made by hand and controlled strictly. Truc Lam Quan Tue JSC don’t interfere anything to affect their quality.
That’s why, Tram Tue’s Oud Chips isn’t really constant. Maybe, this shipment is better than the last one. Or in the same shipment, there are many much sweet pieces, there are many not good pieces; dark or light color as well as.
☘️☘️☘️For Cultivated Oud Chips, we continue keeping co-operate with workers to plant or produce it. Keeping the slogan “Tram Tue’s Oud is clean, no chemical, no effect”, after 10 years, we actively use fungus microbiology technique to put into tree. After next 3-5 years, we check and harvest the eligible trees. Next steps are the same Natural Oud Chips. And of course, its smell is too (few lighter than Natural Oud Chips).
It’s asserted that we commit all Oud products (from Oud Chips, Oud Oil to Oud Incense) are 100% fresh, no toxic, no technical. 
(*) The forests are in the afforestation policy of government No. 135/2005/NĐ-CP. Currently, government transferred them the famer to manage. And fortunately, Truc Lam Quan Tue JSC co-operate with famers to harvest and breed.
